Organizing Your Project

Using Lists

Lists help organize tasks by status, category, or priority:

Project
├── Backlog
├── To Do
├── In Progress
├── Review
└── Done

Using Tags

Tags provide cross-cutting organization:

  • Priority tags: High, Medium, Low
  • Type tags: Bug, Feature, Improvement
  • Custom tags: Create your own

Using Views

Switch between different views:

  • List View: Traditional task list
  • Board View: Kanban-style columns
  • Calendar View: Date-based layout
  • Timeline View: Gantt-style planning

Project Analytics

Track your project’s health with built-in analytics:

  • Completion Rate: Percentage of completed tasks
  • Velocity: Tasks completed per week
  • Overdue Tasks: Tasks past their due date
  • Team Activity: Member contribution metrics

Best Practices

  1. Keep projects focused: One goal per project
  2. Use templates: Don’t reinvent the wheel
  3. Set clear ownership: Assign a project lead
  4. Regular reviews: Weekly project check-ins
  5. Archive completed projects: Keep workspace clean
